  • Credit or Debit Card Information (Note: This is not stored by The To-Do Dudes directly. It is securely processed and stored by our third-party payment processor, Stripe.)

  • To process and verify payments, including a temporary $1 authorization hold to confirm card validity (which is either released or applied to your job total).

  • To manage and process invoices for services rendered.

  • To maintain records of your service history.

  • To contact you regarding service appointments, updates, or follow-ups.

  • To send newsletters or promotional materials (if you have subscribed).

  • To track referrals and apply referral credits.

  • To improve our Services and personalize your experience.

  • To maintain secure and efficient communication via phone, email, or in-app messaging.

  • To manage access in gated communities when customers provide gate codes.

  • To capture and utilize photos or videos of work performed, which may include your likeness, as described in Section 5.1 of our Terms of Agreement.

The To-Do Dudes collects data in the following ways:

  • Online booking and website forms

  • Phone call inquiries and SMS communications

  • Referral program use

  • Mobile applications

  • Cookies and online technologies (see Section 7)

  • Analytics tools

  • Social media interactions

  • Partners, affiliates, and integrations with platforms such as Fieldd, Stripe, and Zendesk

 

4. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

  • Sensitive data is stored in secure data centers that comply with industry standards.

  • Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel who require it for operational purposes.

  • Payment Information: All credit and debit card processing is handled by **Stripe** for membership transactions and **Fieldd** for non-member transactions. Both use industry-standard encryption and PCI-DSS-compliant systems. The To-Do Dudes does not store full card numbers.

  • Customer Information: Name, contact information, and service data are securely stored within Fieldd, our customer management software, and other vetted service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements.

 

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, exchange, or share your personal information outside of The To-Do Dudes, except as required by law or for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Service providers who assist in our business operations.

  • Legal requirements and protection of rights.

  • Business transfers in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale.

  • Media Requests: If your likeness appears in To-Do Dudes marketing materials and you wish to have it removed from active use, you can email a written request to info@thetododudes.com. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove it promptly, though archived or internal records may be retained.
