Membership Terms of Agreement

Thank you for choosing to become a member of The To-Do Dudes! By joining our community, you’ll receive exclusive benefits and priority access to a variety of home and business services. Please review these terms carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms, which form a binding contract between you ("You" or "Member") and The To-Do Dudes ("We" or "Company"). If you have any questions or concerns about these Terms, please contact us directly before purchasing.

2. Membership Benefits

As a member, you will enjoy the following exclusive benefits:

  • Your Personal To-Do List Tracker: We track your tasks so nothing slips through the cracks. You tell us what needs to get done—we make sure it happens.

  • Priority Support (Chat, Phone, Email): Call, text, or email—you go straight to the front of the line. No waiting, no delays.

  • Exclusive Member Discounts: More tasks. Less cost. Membership pays for itself.

  • Trusted Partner Network: If we can’t do it, we know who can. Get direct access to our trusted partner network.

3. Membership Plans & Duration

We offer the following membership plans to suit your needs:

  • Monthly Membership: Charged at the start of your membership and automatically renews at the beginning of each subsequent month, unless canceled.

  • Annual Membership: Charged at the start of your membership and automatically renews at the beginning of each subsequent year, unless canceled.

4. Membership Fees

Your membership will be billed according to the plan you select. Pricing is fixed for the duration of your active membership. If rates change in the future, you’ll be notified before any price increase applies to your membership.

  • Monthly Membership Fee: Charged at the time of enrollment and automatically billed every month.

  • Annual Membership Fee: Charged at the time of enrollment and automatically billed annually.

Note: Fees will be billed to the payment method you provide upon registration. You can update your payment information at any time.

5. Payments & Refunds
  • Payments: Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Monthly Memberships: Members are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of membership. If services were used during that time, refunds will be adjusted accordingly.

    • Annual Memberships: Refunds for annual memberships are available within 14 days of the enrollment date, minus any services already rendered.

    • Cancellation: If you’re unsatisfied with your membership, we’re happy to work with you. Contact our team for assistance with your cancellation request.

6. Membership Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. Please note the following cancellation details:

  • Monthly & Annual Memberships: Simply contact us to cancel. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Unused Hours & Rollover
  • When do unused membership hours expire? Unused hours rollover for one year from your membership start date. After that period, any remaining hours will expire. We encourage you to plan your services accordingly to maximize the value of your membership.

8. Membership Pauses

If you need to pause your membership for an extended vacation or break, you can request a temporary pause. The pause fee is $10/month, though it may be waived at our discretion.

Important Rollover Period Note: The 1-year rollover period for unused hours remains in effect even during a pause.

9. Changes to Membership Plans
  • Can I upgrade or modify my membership plan? Absolutely! If you need more hours or want to adjust your service level, just contact our support team. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Can I switch from a monthly to a yearly membership? Yes! You can upgrade at any time, and the change will take effect at your next billing cycle.

  • Can I downgrade my membership if I realize I don’t need as many hours? Yes, you can downgrade at any time, and the change will take effect at your next billing cycle.

  • If I upgrade my membership mid-cycle, will my new hours be available immediately? Yes! If you upgrade, the additional hours will be available right away, and your billing will adjust at the next cycle.

10. Service Scheduling & Use
  • How do I monitor my service usage and remaining hours? You can log into your online membership portal (https://book.thetododudes.com/login) to track your current service usage, view rollover hours, and manage your appointments.

  • Is there a limit on how many appointments I can schedule in a month? There is no limit to the number of appointments you can schedule in a month as long as you have available hours. Additional hours will be billed at the discounted member rate.

  • Can I book appointments in advance for future months? Yes, you can pre-book appointments for upcoming months. That said, you must reach out to (386)597-0722 so we can add this internally.

11. Additional Terms
  • Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If we do, we will update the “effective date” at the top of this page or send a notice via email.

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and Members regarding the Membership and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

Binding Terms:

This document is binding once you purchase a membership. By agreeing to these terms, you affirm that you understand and agree to abide by them. These terms will govern all interactions, memberships, and services provided by The To-Do Dudes.
