The To-Do Dudes Chore Club Agreement

Effective Date: January 13, 2026

This Membership & Service Credits Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The To-Do Dudes, LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the individual or entity purchasing or receiving services, memberships, or service credits (“you”).

By placing an order, activating a membership, receiving gifted services, or using any service credits, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement:

  • “Member” means the individual account holder who receives membership benefits under this Agreement.

  • “Membership” means access-based benefits (pricing eligibility, priority features, booking privileges) provided for a defined term.

  • “Bulk Hours” means prepaid service credits denominated in hours that may be applied toward eligible To-Do Dudes services.

  • “Gifted Membership” means a Membership purchased by one person or entity (“Purchaser”) and assigned to a third-party recipient (“Recipient”) for the Recipient’s personal use.

  • “Gifted Hours” means Bulk Hours purchased by a Purchaser and assigned to a Recipient for the Recipient’s personal use.

  • “Order” means the specific transaction completed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.

  • “Order Terms” means the price, quantity of hours, promotional bonuses, discounts, expiration dates, or other deal-specific terms displayed at checkout or on your invoice.

  • “Purchaser” means the individual or entity that pays for a Membership, Bulk Hours, Gifted Membership, or Gifted Hours.

  • “Recipient” means the individual designated by the Purchaser to receive a Gifted Membership or Gifted Hours.

Order Terms are incorporated into and governed by this Agreement.

2. Relationship to Master Terms of Service

All services provided by The To-Do Dudes are governed by our general Terms of Service, available at:

This Agreement supplements the Terms of Service.

If there is a conflict, the Terms of Service control unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise.

3. Membership Overview

3.1 Purpose of Membership

Membership is designed for customers who use The To-Do Dudes more than once per year and want:

  • Preferential pricing eligibility

  • Priority service features

  • A more predictable booking experience

3.2 No Included Labor Unless Stated

Membership does not include any labor hours unless the Order Terms clearly state that specific hours are included. Any such included hours are treated as Bulk Hours / service credits and are governed by Sections 6 and 7 of this Agreement.

4. Membership Term & Billing

  • Membership fees are charged at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships renew automatically on the renewal date shown in the Order Terms unless canceled.

  • Pricing changes apply only to future renewal periods and do not affect the current term.

5. Account Rules & Eligibility

  • Membership benefits apply to one account only, identified by a primary email address.

  • Membership benefits may not be split across multiple accounts.

  • Members are responsible for applying any membership codes or identifiers when booking.

6. Membership Benefits

While a Membership is active, the Member may receive benefits such as:

  • Eligibility for member-only pricing

  • Reduced service minimums

  • Custom hour booking options

  • Priority response or scheduling features

The specific benefits available are determined by this Agreement and the applicable Order Terms.

Membership benefits:

  • Are access-based only

  • Do not alter service availability or safety rules

  • Do not guarantee completion of any specific task

7. Bulk Hours, Gifted Hours & Transfers

7.1 Personal Bulk Hours (Non-Gifted)

Unless designated otherwise in the Order Terms, Bulk Hours are purchased for the purchaser’s personal or business use only.

Personal Bulk Hours:

  • May be applied only to services booked under the purchaser’s account

  • Are not intended for resale or external gifting programs

  • Are subject to expiration, blackout dates, and limitations shown in the Order Terms

7.2 Gifted Memberships

When you purchase a Gifted Membership, you are the Purchaser and the designated individual is the Recipient.

  • The Gifted Membership is for the Recipient’s personal use only

  • The Recipient becomes the Member upon activation

  • Gifted Memberships may not be resold

Gifted Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable once activated, except that the Company may, at its discretion, allow reassignment prior to activation.

7.3 Gifted Hours

When you purchase Gifted Hours, you are purchasing Bulk Hours specifically to be assigned to a Recipient.

Gifted Hours:

  • Are for the Recipient’s personal use only

  • May not be redeemed for cash

  • Do not include Membership benefits unless expressly stated in the Order Terms

The Purchaser pays all fees at checkout.

The Recipient is responsible only for charges exceeding available Gifted Hours, if any.

7.4 Transfers & Limitations

  • Except as provided in this Section 7.4, Bulk Hours are non-transferable.

  • Transfers of Bulk Hours are permitted only in the following cases:

    • Assignment of Gifted Hours at the time of purchase, as described in Section 7.3; or

    • A one-time courtesy transfer of Personal Bulk Hours from the purchaser’s account to a single Recipient, if approved in writing by the Company

  • No other transfers are allowed. Memberships, member pricing, priority benefits, and service credits are never transferable.

  • Bulk Hours and Gifted Hours:

    • May not be resold;

    • May not be transferred multiple times;

    • May not be used to operate a competing or resale service;

    • Remain subject to expiration and conditions in the Order Terms.

8. Expiration, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Bulk Hours and Gifted Hours expire as stated in the Order Terms.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once any Membership benefit or included Service Credit has been used in a given term, except where prohibited by law.

  • Cancellations affect future renewals only and do not refund the current term unless otherwise stated in the Order Terms or required by law.

9. Abuse & Misuse

The Company may suspend or terminate services or benefits without refund if abuse, circumvention, resale, or unsafe conduct occurs.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

Memberships and service credits provide access and time only.

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or delays outside its control.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service and applicable Order Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and The To-Do Dudes.

13. Acceptance

By completing an Order, activating a Membership, or using any service credits, you confirm that you understand and accept this Agreement.

Digital acceptance at checkout constitutes a binding signature.
