Chore Club Terms and Agreement

Effective Date: January 6, 2026

This Chore Club Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The To-Do Dudes, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer purchasing the membership (“Member,” “you”).

By purchasing or renewing a Chore Club membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. What Is Chore Club

1.1 Purpose

Chore Club is a paid annual membership designed for customers who use The To-Do Dudes more than once per year and want:

  • Better value

  • Priority service

  • A more predictable booking experience

1.2 No Included Labor Hours

Chore Club does not include service hours.

It provides access, benefits, and pricing eligibility only. All labor is billed separately based on time on-site.

1.3 Relationship to Master Terms of Service

This Chore Club Membership Agreement is supplemental to, and does not replace, The To-Do Dudes’ general Terms of Service and related policies (collectively, the “Master Terms”), currently available at:

By purchasing or using a Chore Club membership, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All services booked or performed by The To-Do Dudes are governed by the Master Terms

  • This Agreement applies only to membership access, pricing eligibility, benefits, and limitations

  • In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Master Terms, the Master Terms shall control, except where this Agreement explicitly states otherwise

The Master Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of The To-Do Dudes Platforms or Services constitutes acceptance of the then-current Master Terms.

2. Membership Term & Billing

2.1 Annual Fee

  • Membership fee: $149 per year

  • Charged at the time of enrollment

2.2 Automatic Renewal

  • Membership renews automatically each year on the anniversary of enrollment

  • The payment method on file will be charged unless canceled in accordance with Section 8

2.3 Price Changes

  • Membership pricing may change for future billing cycles with advance email notice

  • Changes do not affect the current active term

3. Legacy Memberships, Banked Hours & Transition Rules

3.1 Legacy VIP Memberships

Any prior VIP, promotional, or legacy membership program offered before February 1, 2026 (“Legacy Memberships”) is separate from and does not automatically convert to Chore Club.

  • Legacy Memberships do not include Chore Club benefits unless a Chore Club membership is separately purchased

  • Legacy pricing, guarantees, or perks do not carry forward past February 1st unless expressly stated in writing

  • Legacy Memberships may expire or terminate according to their original terms

3.2 Banked or Prepaid Hours Purchased Prior to Chore Club

Prepaid or banked service hours purchased before February 1, 2026 will be honored in accordance with their original purchase terms, including:

  • Original expiration dates (if any)

  • Applicable service policies at time of use

Banked hours:

  • Do not include Chore Club benefits

  • Do not grant member pricing, priority scheduling, or guarantees

  • May not be modified, re-priced, or extended unless expressly approved by the Company in writing

4. Account & Eligibility Rules

4.1 Single Account Requirement

  • All membership benefits must be tied to one customer account (defined as one primary email address)

  • Benefits may not be split across multiple accounts

4.2 Booking Code Requirement

  • Each Member is assigned a unique membership code

  • This code must be used when booking online

  • If booking by phone, our team will apply the code on your behalf

4.3 Non-Transferability

  • Memberships are non-transferable

  • Benefits may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person or account

4.4 Membership Code Responsibility & Adjustments

Members are responsible for applying their unique membership code when booking services online.

If a Member forgets to apply their code at the time of booking:

  • The Member must notify our support team before the job begins or within 24 hours of job completion

  • At the Company’s discretion, member pricing may be applied retroactively one (1) time per membership year as a courtesy

  • Retroactive adjustments:

    • Apply only to hourly pricing

    • Do not apply to minimums, fees, service credits, or priority guarantees

  • Repeated failures to use the membership code may result in denial of future retroactive adjustments

The Company is not obligated to retroactively adjust pricing for bookings made without a membership code beyond this courtesy allowance.

5. Member Pricing

5.1 Locked-In Hourly Rate

  • Members receive $49/hour per Dude for all services performed within one (1) calendar year

  • This rate applies only to active Chore Club members

5.2 Future Years

  • Hourly rates may change at the start of a new membership term

  • Notice will be provided by email

  • A new signed agreement is not required for updated rates

6. Included Member Benefits

While your membership is active, you receive the following benefits:

6.1 One-Hour Minimum Jobs

Members may book jobs with a one-hour minimum. Non-members may be subject to higher minimums.

6.2 Custom Hour Booking

Members may book non-standard durations, including 1, 3, 5, or 7 hours, subject to availability.

6.3 Access to Bulk Hour Packages

Bulk hour purchases and transfers are governed by the Bulk Hour Purchase Agreement

6.4 Priority Callback Guarantee

  • Guaranteed response from our support team within 2 business hours

  • If not met, Member receives a $25 service credit (capped at $25 per Member per calendar month, and $100 per Member per membership year, whichever is lower.)

  • Credits apply to future services only and have no cash value

6.5 Priority Scheduling Guarantee

  • Guaranteed scheduling of 1 Dude for 2 hours within 72 hours

  • If not met, Member receives a $25 service credit (capped at $25 per Member per calendar month, and $100 per Member per membership year, whichever is lower.)

  • Credits apply to future services only and have no cash value

This limit exists to ensure fair access and operational feasibility.

6.6 Unlimited Properties

Membership benefits may be used across unlimited properties, provided:

  • All bookings remain under the same customer account

  • The Member remains the primary account holder

7. Bulk Hours Transfers

7.1 What Can Be Transferred

  • Only prepaid bulk hours may be transferred

  • Memberships, member pricing, priority benefits, and credits are never transferable

7.2 Transfer Conditions

Bulk hour transfers are permitted only under the following conditions:

  • Hours must be fully prepaid

  • Transfer requests must be submitted through our support team

  • Transfers must be approved by the To-Do Dudes before scheduling

  • Transferred hours:

    • Apply only to standard services

    • Do not include membership pricing or priority benefits

  • The recipient:

    • Must have or create their own customer account

    • Will be billed according to their own pricing status

  • Bulk hours:

    • May not be resold for profit

    • May not be transferred multiple times

8. Cancellation & Refunds

8.1 Renewal Cancellation Window

  • Members may cancel within 7 days after renewal for full refund

  • If any membership benefit has been used during that period, the renewal becomes non-refundable

8.2 Mid-Term Cancellations

  • Membership fees are non-refundable after the cancellation window

  • Benefits remain active through the end of the paid term unless otherwise stated

8.3 How to Cancel

9. Abuse, Misuse, or Circumvention

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits without refund if:

  • Membership codes are shared

  • Multiple accounts are created to bypass limits

  • Benefits are resold or misrepresented

  • Conduct is abusive toward staff or contractors

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these terms from time to time.

  • Updates will be communicated via email

  • Continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance

11. Limitation of Liability

Membership fees cover access and benefits only.

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and The To-Do Dudes regarding Chore Club and supersedes all prior membership terms.

13. Acceptance

13.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing or renewing Chore Club, you confirm that:

  • You understand this is not a prepaid service plan

  • You agree to the rules, limits, and conditions above

  • You authorize automatic annual billing unless canceled

13.2 Ongoing Applicability

This Agreement remains in effect for the duration of the active Chore Club membership and any renewal periods.

Renewal of the membership or continued use of membership benefits constitutes continued acceptance of this Agreement as then in effect, without requiring a separate signature.
