How do I book an appointment?
You can book online at book.thetododudes.com , where you can book directly onto our calendar. If you have trouble booking online, call 386-597-0722 and we will happily assist you.

How do I reschedule once I have booked an appointment?
(1) Find the original booking confirmation email
(2) At the bottom of the email, click “Cancel/Postpone”
(3) Click “Reschedule”
(4) Select your new desired time

What options are available to book?
We have small, medium, large, and XL projects available. This includes 2,4,6,8 hour projects.
How do I view my previous and existing appointments?
Our team may not be able to stay beyond the scheduled time due to other commitments. If they’re available, extra time will be billed in 15-minute increments, or we can set up a follow-up appointment.

What happens if I need more time?
Our team members often have other commitments and they may not be able to stay beyond the initially scheduled time. If additional time is needed and our team is available, we can extend the appointment, by billing in 15-minute increments based on the service rate you selected. Otherwise, we’ll be happy to schedule a follow-up appointment to complete the work!

(4) Click “Don’t have an account? Sign Up”
(5) Fill in your desired account details

(1) Visit book.thetododudes.com and log in to your account
(2) Click on the three black lines on the top left of page
(3) Click “Profile"
(4) Edit your information as needed
(5) Click "Save"

(2) Click the menu bar in the top left corner
(3) Click “Login or Sign Up"
(4) Login to your existing account or create an account by clicking "Sign Up Here" at the bottom

How do I reset my password for my account?
(1) Click Book Now
(2) Click on the three black lines on the top left of page
(3) Click “Login or Sign Up”
(4) On the new page, below “Password”, click “Forgot”
(5) Follow the instructions given to create a new password and gain access to your account
