Bulk Hour Terms and Agreement

This Bulk Hour Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The To-Do Dudes, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”) and the customer purchasing prepaid service hours (“Customer,” “you”).

By purchasing bulk service hours, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. What Are Bulk Hours

1.1 Definition

Bulk hours are prepaid labor hours that may be applied toward future services performed by The To-Do Dudes.

Bulk hours:

  • Represent prepayment for time on-site only

  • Do not guarantee project completion

  • Do not include materials, fees, or add-ons unless expressly stated

2. Relationship to Other Agreements

2.1 Master Terms of Service

This Agreement is supplemental to, and does not replace, The To-Do Dudes’ general Terms of Service and related policies (collectively, the “Master Terms”), available at:

All services booked using bulk hours remain governed by the Master Terms.

In the event of any conflict, the Master Terms control.

2.2 Relationship to Chore Club

  • Bulk hours are separate from Chore Club membership

  • Purchasing bulk hours:

    • Does not create a membership

    • Does not grant member pricing, priority scheduling, or guarantees

  • If you are an active Chore Club member, bulk hours may be used in addition to membership benefits, subject to both agreements

3. Purchase Terms

3.1 Payment

  • Bulk hours must be paid in full at the time of purchase

  • All bulk hour purchases are final except as expressly stated in this Agreement

3.2 Pricing

  • Bulk hour pricing is determined at the time of purchase

  • Pricing reflects a volume discount and is not subject to retroactive adjustment

4. Use of Bulk Hours

4.1 Application of Hours

  • Bulk hours are applied to booked time prior to the job, consistent with our current service policies and billing increments

  • Hours are deducted in increments consistent with current service policies

  • Any time worked beyond available bulk hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate

  • Bulk hours may not be applied retroactively to completed services

4.2 Scheduling

  • Services booked using bulk hours are subject to availability

  • All standard service minimums and scheduling rules apply unless expressly waived in writing

5. Expiration & Forfeiture

5.1 Expiration

  • Bulk hours expire 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in writing at time of purchase

  • Unused hours expire automatically and have no cash value

5.2 No Extensions

  • Expiration dates may not be extended except with written approval from the Company

  • Failure to schedule services before expiration does not entitle the Customer to a refund or credit

6. Transfers of Bulk Hours

6.1 Transfer Eligibility

  • Only fully prepaid bulk hours may be transferred

  • Memberships, pricing, discounts, credits, or guarantees are not transferable

6.2 Transfer Conditions

Bulk hour transfers are permitted only under the following conditions:

  • Transfer requests must be submitted through our support team

  • Transfers must be approved by the Company before scheduling

  • Transferred hours:

    • Apply only to standard services

    • Do not include membership pricing or priority benefits

  • The recipient:

    • Must have or create their own customer account

    • Will be billed according to their own pricing status

  • Bulk hours:

    • May not be resold for profit

    • May not be transferred multiple times

7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Refund Policy

  • Bulk hour purchases are non-refundable

  • Once any portion of the bulk hours has been used, no refund will be issued under any circumstance

7.2 Exceptional Circumstances

The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or refund in limited cases involving billing error or service non-performance. Such decisions do not establish precedent.

8. No Guarantees of Completion

Bulk hours purchase time, not outcomes.

  • The Company does not guarantee that a specific task or project will be completed within a set number of hours

  • Customers are responsible for booking sufficient time for their needs

9. Abuse, Misuse, or Circumvention

We reserve the right to suspend or void bulk hours without refund if:

  • Hours are resold or advertised for resale

  • Transfer rules are abused

  • Multiple accounts are created to bypass limits

  • Conduct toward staff or contractors is abusive or unsafe

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time.

  • Updates will be communicated via email or posted notice

  • Continued use of bulk hours constitutes acceptance of updated terms

11. Limitation of Liability

Bulk hour purchases cover prepaid labor only.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or delays caused by weather, safety concerns, or force majeure events.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement governs bulk hour purchases only and supplements the Master Terms and, if applicable, the Chore Club Membership Agreement.

13. Acceptance

13.1 Acceptance of Agreement

By purchasing bulk hours, you confirm that:

  • You understand bulk hours are prepaid labor, not a membership

  • You understand bulk hours expire and are non-refundable

  • You agree to the rules, limits, and conditions above

Digital acceptance at checkout constitutes a binding signature.

13.2 Ongoing Applicability

This Agreement applies to all bulk hour purchases made by the Customer unless and until it is replaced or updated by the Company.

Each bulk hour purchase constitutes acceptance of this Agreement as in effect at the time of purchase, without requiring a separate signature.
